5 assorted salads: humous, babaganoush: tabouli, green salad, cucumber / pickles
3 assorted entrees: chicken kebab, beef kebab and chicken shislick
3-4 sides: saffron rice with dates and lentils, baked potatoes, cous-cous
dessert: sweets and/or fresh fruit platters
